Wholesale/Volume Pricing
We encourage our customers to take advantage of our volume discount pricing and save up to 15% when placing an order. Specific details can be found on the product pages.

Payment Methods
Coastal Silver Imports accepts the following types of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. We provide secure payment processing via PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.

Return Policy
We sincerely hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase, however, we will issue a refund under the following conditions:
- Return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned to us within 15 days of original shipping date.

We do not accept returns of cut strands, special orders or shipments outside of the United States and Canada.

Sales Tax
Because we are a Connecticut based business, we are required to charge a 6% sales tax on all orders shipped within Connecticut. If you have a sales and use tax permit, please send us a copy via mail or fax in advance and we will delete the sales tax from your order.

Shipping
We ship either by UPS or USPS. We make every effort to process and ship your order the same day if received by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
