online transactions are handled using SSL encryption. When you enter
your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted over the
internet in an encrypted form, and then it is decoded when it gets to
us. This ensures you a safe shopping experience.
You can order our products by using the website shopping cart or by calling us at 203.319.9999 during business hours ~ 9.00am to 5.00pm EST.
We
encourage our customers to take advantage of our volume discount
pricing and save up to 15% when placing an order. Specific details can
be found on the product pages.
In addition to product discounts, we also give
our customers an extra 10% off any order over $500. Deductions will
appear on the shopping cart page. Coastal
Silver Imports accepts the following types of payment: Visa and
Mastercard. We also provide secure payment processing via
PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.
Because we are a Connecticut based business, we are required to charge
a 6% sales tax on all orders shipped within Connecticut. If you have a
CT sales and use tax permit, you will be asked to include that information during the check-out process
