In
our version of a "Summer Wine Bottle Necklace" we use a strand of tiny Hill
Tribe silver beads (HSTR016). Dangling from the strand, we added a fish, butterfly and shell pendant. For summer colors
we chose a mix of 6-7 Swarovski crystals and Czech glass beads. The
bundle of charms and beads hang from a short length of chain.
IMPORTANT ~ From one 26.5" strand of tiny beads (HSTR016), at least 2
wine necklaces can be made. If other beads are added to the strand, it
is possible to complete 3 necklaces! Here are the items we used for this design:
3 Hill Tribe silver fish ~ HP053
1 Hill Tribe silver butterfly ~ HP069
1 Hill Tribe silvershell ~ HP002
1 Hill Tribe silver bead strand ~ HSTR016
Directions
String approximately 10" of HSTR016 beads (or other beads of your choice).
Add chain directly onto strand or use a ring to attach the chain. Crimp strand closed.
Wire
wrap about 6-7 colored beads onto chain. We chose Swarovski crystal and
Czech glass beads. Attach silver charms to complete the
bundle.
